Still feeling blah with the whole weight loss saga. Went and picked up some PGX today which helps regulate blood sugar levels and decrease cravings.
Breakfast/Brunch: Went out for brunch with my Vaeh and my Amo. Had 2 sausages, 3 pieces bacon, and 2 eggs. No fries. No fried bread. yay me. One coffee.
Snack: 3 piece no-sugar-added chocolate.
Lunch/Dinner: PLate with celery and natural peanut butter, cucumber, 3 small pieces kalbasa, 3 pieces of cheese, half of an apple. Coffee.
Dinner/Snack: Carrots, peppers, and cucumber and sourcream/onion soup mix dip and natural peanut butter.
Later: Tea.
That's it that's all. No exercise today, though I had really good intentions.

I don't feel any lighter.... and I have stuck at this completely!
So, I am feeling a little discouraged. I step on the scale and it says that I am heavier... how is that possible? I have stuck at this every step of the way. That said, the same thing happened last time I was on this diet. In fact, every time I have gone on a diet and lost a lot the first week, the following week I have either been up or stayed the same. Still.... it's discouraging for sure.
Breakfast this morning was the same as every other this week, a mini protein bar and a coffee.
Lunch was late and I was starving so I kind of made myself a protein platter. In some strange way I am kind of embarrassed to write down what my lunch plate included, as I know it won't make any sense to anyone else. On my plate there was 2 fried eggs, 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese, 1 serving of marble cheese, 4 green queen olives, 4 thin slices of kalbasa, 4 this (loonie size) pieces of salami, and water.
My snack... which wasn't long after lunch, was half of a protein snack bar, 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter and a cup of tea.
And then I headed to the grocery store. I thought I would cook a nice supper for us. Pesto pasta (none for me though), homemade guacamole, garlic shrimp, lemon herb salmon, and some lettuce. So I ate mine, minus the pasta and drank some water and headed out. Not 5 minutes out of the door and I was starving!
When I got home I had another snack... just a mini protein bar though and a cup of chai tea.
I'm not hungry now, but I feel bloated. I sincerely hope that I am down this week... otherwise I will be very very disappointed.
Here's to a healthy happy tomorrow.

Another day another meal...
Quick blog again tonight folks.... I'm simply tired and sore. Yesterday's run left my legs, abs, ankles, and back throbbing today.
Breakfast: Mini energy bar. I ordered a tim's 2 cream 2 sweetener, but only drank 1/4 of it.
Lunch: Chicken strips (yes I am allowed these on occasion) and salad with ranch dressing.
water
Snack: Half an energy bar and a cup of tea.
Dinner: Homemade hamburber (no bun), 1 slice of tomato, oven roasted asparagus, red, orange and yellow pepper and onion. The veg was yummy! I drizzled a little olive oil over them then tossed around in some sea salt, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Topped with some low fat sourcream.
Dessert: Strawberries with splenda and cream.
water
tea

Now to bed..... oh and I exercised today... sort of... does sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning all the floors on my hands and knees count as exercise???
Now to figure out when I am exercising tomorrow... ugh.
