Quick Wrap up

Ok, quick entry tonight folks.... it's cuddle time with my one and only, so I gotta get this done.

Great day!

Breakfast: Mini energy bar

drywalled all morning

Lunch: homemade hamburger with mustard, no bun or anything else.

Snack: energy snack bar

Later snack: a little salami/kelbasa  (I have no idea how to spell that and my legs are too tired to check the wrapper in the fridge) and olives.

Dinner: Heavenly chicken salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, fried onions, avocado, a little mozzarella cheese, and pesto chicken (cooked by above mentioned one and only). I only ate half of mine... STUFFED!
