Follow me on my final weightloss journey! I have been battling my weight for years and have tried every diet out there. I have vowed to get it together and get on track and all the while blog about it. WARNING: Language may be questionable at times as I have very little filter. I say what I mean and mean what I say. So, I could eat a box of cookies, a bucket of ice cream, a turkey, a head of broccoli, just about anything. I think I feel this way because I'm bored though.
ReplyDeleteI had some baby carrots an hummus for a snack and for lunch I ate one piece of bread with mayo, a 1/4 of coleslaw and some turkey breast (deli meat).
Then I had some fresh strawberries with sweetener.
Now all I can think about is what I'll get to eat next.
But, instead of stuffin my face, gettin my next fix, I made myself a cup of black tea with a tsp of honey. I know the honey isn't low carb, but Ive loved it this past week while I've been sick (only then I was having two tablespoons of honey).
